How long does it take for the first letter to arrive?
We use USPS First Class mail. The first letter should arrive within two weeks of placing your order, but typically arrives much sooner.
Can I cancel my subscription?
We offer a 30-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our prepaid letter subscriptions.
If you are dissatisfied with your prepaid subscription, please let us know within 30 days from the date your order was placed to cancel your subscription and receive a full refund. After 30 days no refunds will be available for the prepaid subscription.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but refunds are only available if cancelled within 30 days of placing your order.
